Very good experience. The hotel is located 3 minutes walk form Foggy Bottom Metro Station from where you get to both airports and to every point of interest on DC. To observant Jews like me, its two minutes from George Washington University Chabad House. Food, including kosher and vegetarian, and be obtained from Trader's Joe and Whole Foods Market, just notice that DC became quiet expansive. I booked the biggest room they have and was really huge, which is nice when you spend nine mights as I did. It was clean, with big TV screen (also Netflix etc.), coffee making machine and a fridge. The downsides where not enough light, storage space not comfortable and no desk so I had to work at my bed side. The staff was great. I asked in advance if there was a kettle in the room. There wasn't but they sent me one for the duration of the stay without me need to ask. They also lend me an adaptor as mine didn't fit, again for the whole stay and free. Given all that ant that being my seventh visit to DC, this is going to be my hotel of choice. Just please add some lighting and maybe a desk, and you'll be close to perfection.

They welcomed our pet cat not only in our room but also in the generously sized common area on the ground floor where my spouse was also able to work remotely. We kept our cat leashed when in the common area, in accordance with the rules, and it was really nice to have an extra place for our pet to roam and explore, plus there were windows to perch on and look outside. We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this highly convenient location near the Metro with lots of casual food options within walking distance also. Room was larger than we had expected, and our cat settled-in quickly and seemed very content throughout our stay. Staff was lovely and they were happy to let us hang out in the common room both before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel itself is not too big and very well located. The area is quiet. It takes 3 minutes to get to the subway, 5 minutes to Whole Foods, 15min to the Waterfront and 25 minutes to the Lincoln Memorial. The reception desk was always staffed, check-in was easy, and I was well informed about everything I needed to know. The self-service area is well equipped. The paint and the area around the windows could use some love. The peeling paint there doesn't match the rest of the room, which is absolutely spotless (thanks, housekeeping!). I had some issues with the air conditioning, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it was my fault—all in all, nothing that would have affected my stay. That's why I didn't mention it to the staff.

Spacious room, comfy bed, very clean. There was a good coffeemaker and water in the room and the staff offered an early check-in which I appreciated a lot. There was also a list with dinner recommendations in the room. There is a 7Eleven and a Wholefoods Market nearby (5min on foot) and Lincoln Memorial is a mere 20min on foot away, also Georgetown was within walking distance. The metro station is also only 3 minutes away, you can easily catch the airport metro from there. All in all a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The real heart of this hotel is the service of the staff. They are lovely, kind-hearted people who genuinely want your stay to be as nice as possible. They even let us borrow an umbrella on a rainy day! The location is wonderfully central with quick, walkable access to the metro to take you all around DC. The view over the city in our room was lovely. AC was efficient and kept our room nice and cool. Our room was clean and room-service was prompt in removing trash/replacing towels, etc.
